Vanity Handles & Account Ownership
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your handle. Vanity handles must not impersonate public figures, trademarks, or existing entities without authorization. sorry.love reserves the right to reclaim inactive or abusive handles.
Acceptable Use & Community Safety
Users may not use sorry.love to host, distribute, or link to malicious software, phishing campaigns, unlawful activities, harassment, hate speech, or non-consensual content. Automated crawling, scraping, or load testing against our API infrastructure without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Premium Upgrades & Digital Goods
sorry.love offers optional lifetime creator upgrades, including Premium tier ($6.99 lifetime), Verified status ($9.99), and Custom Badges ($2.99 each or $1.99 each for 10+). All digital goods and upgrade purchases are final upon delivery, non-transferable between accounts, and processed securely via credit card or approved cryptocurrency gateways.
Connected Third-Party Integrations
Profiles may connect with third-party platforms such as Discord, Spotify, Steam, GitHub, and others. Your use of third-party features is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those services. sorry.love is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party networks.
Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in security tampering, or abuse the invite system. In cases of severe violations, access to associated vanity handles and platform features may be revoked immediately without notice.
Service Warranty & Limitation of Liability
sorry.love is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sorry.love and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
