If you are under 13, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account, claiming handles, or submitting any personal information to sorry.love. Accounts discovered to be operated by users under 13 will be terminated immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your handle. OPERATOR DISCRETION & RECLAIMING RIGHTS: All usernames, URLs, vanity paths (e.g., sorry.love/@username), and account identifiers remain the property of the platform. We reserve the absolute and unilateral right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to reclaim, reassign, rename, freeze, or terminate any handle for any reason, including but not limited to trademark infringement, brand impersonation, handle squatting, account dormancy/inactivity, harassment, or abusive conduct.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. 2. Identification of the specific material/URL on sorry.love to be removed or disabled. 3. Your full legal name, physical or electronic signature, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner. Repeat Infringers: We will terminate access and delete accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

You retain ownership of the original text, images, media, links, avatars, and comments you upload or publish on your profile ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to sorry.love, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the platform. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator, owners, developers, contributors, affiliates, and service providers of sorry.love from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your infringement or violation of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or statutory rights.

You agree not to use sorry.love to: • Host, distribute, or link to malware, ransomware, phishing pages, exploits, or malicious payloads. • Engage in harassment, doxxing, stalking, non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or unlawful activities. • Impersonate any individual, organization, trademark, or entity without express authorization. • Perform automated scraping, scraping bots, spam registration, or Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) stress testing against our infrastructure without prior written permission. • Circumvent, bypass, or tamper with security controls, rate limiters, or captcha verifications. • Exploit bugs, race conditions, or unauthorized API endpoints to alter account data or vanity permissions.

sorry.love offers optional digital creator upgrades, including Premium lifetime tier, Verified creator badges, custom vanity badges, and persona slots. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: All digital upgrades, perks, and badges are intangible digital goods delivered instantaneously upon transaction verification. Because digital benefits and vanity features are immediately activated upon delivery, all purchases are final, strictly non-refundable, and non-transferable between accounts, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal, the associated account and perks will be terminated immediately.

Profiles may display metadata or embed widgets from third-party networks (such as live Discord Presence via our presence service, Spotify, Steam, GitHub, YouTube, Apple Music). Your interaction with third-party networks is governed by the respective terms of those third-party providers. sorry.love does not control, endorse, or assume any liability for third-party service availability, external API downtime, content, or privacy practices.

THE PLATFORM, SOFTWARE, HOSTING, AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ENTIRELY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR AND CONTRIBUTORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, CONTINUOUS UPTIME, DATA LOSS PREVENTION, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES, DELAYS, OR BUGS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, PLATFORM OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SORRY.LOVE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT, OR (B) FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS REGARDING HOW CLAIMS ARE RESOLVED. 1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at us@sorry.love and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. 2. Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be determined by binding individual arbitration administered by an established alternative dispute resolution provider. 3. No Class Actions: YOU AND SORRY.LOVE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of sorry.love shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of operation, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. To the extent court proceedings are permitted, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the platform operator.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and trade regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately, with or without notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes the platform to liability. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sorry.love regarding the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
